1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. Available across Pakistan.
• Bank Transfer / Online Transfer: Direct transfer to our official bank account. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

2. CURRENCY

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) TERMS

• COD orders are subject to confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
• Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
• COD may not be available in certain remote areas — our team will inform you if this applies to your order.
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restricted access to COD for future orders.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your payment is successfully processed (or your COD order is confirmed), you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp with your order details and estimated delivery timeline.

5. FAILED OR PENDING PAYMENTS

If an online payment fails or remains pending, your order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed. Please contact us if you face any payment issues.

6. SECURITY

All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Drop Loots does not store your card or banking details on our servers.
